We do business all over the globe from New York to Los Angeles and Miami to the Caribbean through to the stretches of Central and South America, Western Europe, and the active zones of Central and Eastern Europe, including Russia and some parts of Asia. Most of the work we do is online and filmed on-location.

Security

For confidentiality, all of the works are submitted via encrypted files. Only essential personnel have access to client and talent personal information and submissions. Every manager, editor, and assistant plus every contact talent and talent trainee is under an official contract and is additionally strictly bound by a non-disclosure agreement. For an added layer of security, all talent is known by an alias. Beyond this, all material that any trainee or model must view must be watched on an approved device through a member of our team who is authorized to present any watchable materials for training, such as a tester, manager, or PA.

In other words, if you have never heard of us, then it means we are doing our job.

Permanent Contract Corporate Employment or Modeling Talent

If you are looking to join our team as a corporate member or as a talent (model/actress), then you should know that we have strict policies in place for hiring, and every member of our team is by invitation only - not by recruitment. Plus, each manager of our team has an encrypted code embedded into all emails which is an encrypted identifier key. This means that if you have ever been contacted by anyone who claims to represent us and has asked you to submit samples of your work but has not given you an official identifier and/or official critique, nor has not put you in contact via email with one of our managers, then such a person is not one of us, and you should protect your personal information, change your passwords to accounts, etc.

If you are a talent (model or actress) and feel that you have what it takes, know that while you may be extremely talented, there is no way to audition you without you first being referred to us by one of our models, testers, managers, or anyone already on our team of more than 5,000 members around the world. We have a very large portfolio of talent and are always expanding it, but we expand by invitation-only, due to strict confidentiality policies to protect our clients and talent. We keep and maintain our own interdependent network.

Ukraine Crisis Refugee Talent Employment

Our agency currently is active in auditioning talent (by invitation) displaced by the war in Ukraine between the ages of 18-45 in Poland, Moldova, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the Czech Republic; we are assisting talent in acquiring talent contracts to help them earn secure money, food, and living accommodations for themselves and their families.
